Doctors suspended
TWO surgeons have been suspended by St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, west London. Consultant Solomon Abramovitch was suspended after a patient's voice-box was removed because of suspected cancer. The tumour was benign. Mary Ghilchik was suspended after a woman had a breast unnecessarily removed.
