A winning ticket for tomorrow night's EuroMillions draw could net a lucky lottery player more than £130 million.

If one ticket-holder matches the five main numbers and two Lucky Star numbers, the huge jackpot would make them richer than the rock star Eric Clapton and give them a fortune to rival that of the Welsh crooner Sir Tom Jones.

Expected to be around £133 million, a win for a UK player would launch them into 563rd in the Sunday Times Rich List and put them into third place in the National Lottery Rich List, behind Gillian and Adrian Bayford from Suffolk who won £149 million in August 2012.

A EuroMillions spokesman said: "This amazing draw could create another massive UK winner in what has been a spectacular year for UK EuroMillions players - eight giant jackpots have been won in this country so far, so remember to get your ticket early to be in with a chance."

If no-one wins the jackpot it will roll to Friday's draw. The EuroMillions jackpot can grow to a maximum of 190 million euro, which is currently around £152 million.

The Sunday Times Rich List puts Clapton's fortune at £130 million, while Sir Tom is estimated to be worth £140 million.
