A traffic warden who exposed a "clandestine quota system" for issuing tickets has won a claim of unfair dismissal against his bosses.

Hakim Berkani, 45, claimed he was dismissed for his opposition to a quota system at parking enforcement contractors NSL, which set its wardens a minimum of 10 tickets per shift.  Judge Burns ruled in favour of Mr Berkani at the London Central Employment Tribunal.
