Toddler critically ill after dogs attack
A two-year-old boy was in a critical condition today after being attacked by two dogs.
West Yorkshire Police said officers were called to an address in Fairfax Avenue, Drighlington, near Bradford, at around 1.20pm following reports of the toddler being attacked by the animals.
The boy was taken to Leeds General Infirmary.
A woman also suffered non-life-threatening arm injuries in the incident, a police spokeswoman said.
The dogs were detained inside the property but have since been removed, she added.
