Ahead of the tube strikes due to start on Monday 28 April, Transport for London (TFL) has announced the services it plans to run during next week’s 48-hour walk-out.

The Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) has called strikes in response to the Government’s plans to revolutionise the London Underground's ticketing service, which will incorporate the shutting down of ticket offices and the loss of 950 jobs.

Talks with London Underground (LU) are ongoing but LU managing director Mike Brown has said he is not optimistic that next week's strikes will be called off.
