Horse damages

Jeffrey Davies, 38, of Rogerstone, Gwent, who became a 'nervous wreck' after a runaway horse bolted into his car, was awarded pounds 60,000 damages. The High Court in Cardiff was told his marriage and businesses had been ruined.
