Killing appeal
Andrew Bray, 25, a former soldier who killed a 17-year-old supermarket worker who tried to stop him making off with stolen goods in Plymouth, is considering appealing against his five-year jail term days after the Attorney-General rejected referring the case to the Court of Appeal in an attempt to get a heavier sentence imposed.
