'One-stop' service The City firm McKenna & Co says clients can save more than 30 per cent in legal fees by using its new solicitor advocacy service for planning inquiries and disputes. According to the firm, the 'one-stop' scheme is a response to client demand.

Special relationship American and Canadian lawyers will be able to take the qualified lawyers transfer test to requalify as English solicitors in November, when the College of Law plans to open a test centre in Toronto.
