Promoters of nuclear fallout shelters in the United States may now give 'money back if not completely protected' promises, according to the newsletter of the European Advertising Lawyers' Association. Revealing 'interesting interactions between marketing and the law', the newsletter explains that the Federal Trade Commission has scrapped its guidelines for advertising shelters, although unfair or deceptive practices are still forbidden.
