Law Update: Legal learning
THE first major review of legal education in England and Wales for 20 years has been launched. The Lord Chancellor's Advisory Committee on Legal Education and Conduct has issued a consultation paper on topics that include the role of the professional bodies, funding for students and teaching institutions and the content and quality control of legal education. The review is expected to last three years.
