Law Update: Russian link

LINKLATERS & PAINES is to act for the local administration of Chelyabinsk, a major centre for Russia's defence and nuclear weapons industry, in negotiations with foreign investors. The appointment was made in conjunction with the Russian government's Academy of National Economy.
