M50 inquiry
An inquiry into claims of police misconduct during investigation of the M50 murder of Marie Wilks in 1988 did not find enough evidence to justify criminal proceedings against any officer, the Crown Prosecution Service said. The conviction of Eddie Browning is to be reconsidered.
