Marriage beats trial

The high security Old Bailey trial of a suspected IRA sympathiser, Sean McNulty, 25, accused of taking part in a bombing campaign in Tyneside, was halted because the marriage of Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones and Daniel Chatto at St Stephen Walbrook in the City drained police resources, Michael Mansfield QC, counsel for Mr McNulty, said.
