Philip Miller, 38, of Norwood, south London, is charged with the rape and false imprisonment of a 26-year-old woman between 11 and 12 August. She was abducted after being picked up by a man claiming to be a cab driver at 1pm on Tuesday last week outside a pub at Honor Oak in south-east London.
The woman had ordered a car from a local minicab firm. She asked to go to Peckham. Instead the man took her to a bedsit, dragged her inside, raped her and then held her prisoner until 5am the next day.Reuse content
