Are you undecided about who to vote for on 7 May? Are you confused about what the parties stand for and what they are offering? Are you too busy to read 80-page manifesto documents? Then this simple, interactive quiz will help.

Verto is a voter advice tool that helps you decide which party best represents your views and interests.

It presents you with statements on different topics and simply by indicating whether you agree or disagree by swiping left or right, the app will gradually build up a picture of what party is best suited to you, just like Tinder matches you with people you are most attracted to.

Brought to you in association with Bite The Ballot, a party-neutral movement that aims to get young people voting, and the think-tank Demos, Verto will offer you with statements on different topics.

Verto generates an overview of how your views match each of the UK parties

Simply indicate whether you agree or disagree by swiping left or right (if you’re on mobile) or clicking (if you’re on desktop) and Verto will gradually build up a picture of what party is best suited to you, just like Tinder matches you with people you are most attracted to.

Once you have expressed your views on a number of subjects, you can rank the topics in order of what matters most to you.

Verto will not only generate a picture of where your own political views lie, but also the view of people who live in your local area and across the country you select.

Click each dial at the top of the screen to give you a breakdown of your own political make-up, that of your constituency and that of the nation.

You can put in as much or as little of your information as you choose, but the more you decide to give, the more accurate the picture Verto generates.
