Minister drops by to celebrate as council house sales in England pass the one million mark

Michael Howard, Secretary of State for the Environment, embracing Abimbola Keyede when he visited the house she has just bought from Camden council in Kentish Town, north London, yesterday. The visit was organised to mark the millionth council house sale in England under the Right to Buy scheme.
