ROYAL YACHT: The future of the Royal Yacht Britannia - which cost the taxpayer pounds 11.5m to run in 1991/92 - is under review, Archie Hamilton, Minister for the Armed Forces, disclosed yesterday as he provided figures showing that the Royal Family is using it less and less.
