PARCELFORCE: A clear hint that Parcelforce will be sold in 1994 was given yesterday in a written answer by Edward Leigh, the Under-Secretary for Trade and Industry. Parcelforce has been set a target of break-even in 1993-94 but no financial target in 1994-95. The Royal Mail and Post Office Counters have been told to cut unit costs by 1994-95.

CONDOMS: Manufacturers have been invited to tender for condom contracts by the Overseas Development Administration, Mark Lennox-Boyd, the Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office, told David Lidington (Con Aylesbury).
