CONSTRUCTION REVIEW: A review of construction industry procurement and contracting arrangements - designed to reduce litigation and conflict and increase productivity - was agreed yesterday in talks between the industry and the Government, Tony Baldry, the environment minister, said. The jointly financed review will deliver a final report within 12 months.
