SKIN CANCER: Deaths from malignant melanoma of the skin rose from 801 in 1979 to 1,142 in 1992, Thomas Sackville, Under-Secretary at the Department of Health, said. Deaths from other malignant neoplasms of the skin rose from 383 to 486.
