Pounds 5 TV licence
THE pounds 5 television licence for people in residential care is being extended to the elderly and disabled living in sheltered housing, the BBC announced yesterday. Refunds will be made dating back to May 1988 where the full fee ( pounds 83 for colour) has been paid.
