Rape-charge ruling

A CHARGE of rape laid against a boy of 14 was dismissed after magistrates at a youth court in Newmarket, Suffolk, ruled that there was no case to answer. He still faces a charge of indecently assaulting a 14-year-old girl, of Mildenhall, Suffolk, to be heard on Monday.
