POLICE arrested 296 right-wing demonstrators at Hyde Park Corner, London, on the route of a Troops Out march yesterday, the 21st anniversary of Bloody Sunday. Later 289 were cautioned. Five people were charged with offences, including possession of an offensive weapon and assault.
