Sentence increased
Stephen Hartland, 28, who threw a petrol bomb into a house after his girlfriend had been knocked out in an incident with three men, has been jailed for two years by the Court of Appeal. The original 12-month suspended sentence was referred to the Court of Appeal by the Attorney General.
