Service grounded
Virgin Atlantic Airways has withdrawn a massage service on Tokyo flights because Japanese businessmen thought that they were being offered more than a gentle rub-down. Virgin's chairman, Richard Branson, said that his masseuses had become adept at politely correcting the misunderstanding 'to the evident disappointment of some passengers'.
