THE cast of Cinderella, assembled outside the Tom Thumb Theatre, one of Britain's smallest public theatres, which seats only 58 people. Derek Tobias, alias the demon king, and Zoe Isaacs, who plays Cinderella, rehearse on the stage for the pantomime, which opens today and runs until 2 January, at the theatre in Cliftonville, Kent. The building was built as a coach house in 1896, but had become rundown and derelict and was being used as a double garage when it was bought by Lesley Parr-Byrne, a theatrical agent, and her daughter Sarah, a professional actress, in 1984. They converted it and built a stage measuring just 7ft by 10ft.
