Inside This Britain

The red carpet was rolled out at the latest hut (11) in a tableau of a traditional Christmas hallway (carol: Deck The Halls) which featured a Christmas tree, hall mirror and side table, as well as mulled wine and mince pies. Organiser Martin Poole said: "There was also something about the red carpet that spoke of the imminent arrival of royalty - a very appropriate message for Advent which is all about expectation for the coming of the King of Kings at Christmas." Tonight's hut is 195.
