Unionist attacks 'grovelling' judges
Peter Robinson, deputy leader of the Democratic Unionists, last night accused the judiciary of 'grovelling' to the IRA after two High Court judges indicated they intended to refer the Government's ban on the Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams visiting Britain, to the European Court of Justice.
Mr Robinson, MP for East Belfast, said the Unionist community was 'just about fed up' with people grovelling to the Provisional IRA. 'Now the judiciary is doing it.'
Lord Justice Steyn and Mr Justice Kay said they would give their ruling next Tuesday.
