Unionists' call over Ulster peace

ULSTER UNIONISTS said they would require "clarification" before accepting new proposals to break the peace process impasse. A spokesman said there would have to be a "credible and verifiable start" to IRA decommissioning before Sinn Fein could take its two seats at Stormont.
