Ms Arbour will be in London for a meeting with the Foreign Secretary Robin Cook to discuss how Serbs accused of ethnic cleansing and murder can be brought to trial.
The information has been collected by British officials, and some of it will not be made public to protect sources. It will include eye-witness accounts of killings of civilians by Yugoslav servicemen and paramilitaries. Ms Arbour will also be given a list of names of suspects.
