Twin explosions in Uganda that killed 73 people last week were carried out by suicide bombers, and Pakistanis were among 20 suspects arrested, according to the head of police. Kale Kayihura said yesterday that the heads of two men, as yet unidentified, had been found at the blast site.

Somali al-Shabaab insurgents linked to al Qa'ida said they carried out the attacks in Kampala, during the World Cup final, but they claimed that no suicide bombers were involved.
