The South African president's office says he is set to formalise his marriage to his third wife in a traditional wedding ceremony today.
In a statement released yesterday, the presidency said President Jacob Zuma, 67, and Tobeka Madiba, 36, will take part today in a private family ceremony.
The office requested that media "allow the family the privacy that they are entitled to". Ms Madiba attended Mr Zuma's inauguration ceremony in May.
The president has two other wives and 19 children. His embrace of Zulu traditions – including polygamy – has endeared him to many South Africans.Reuse content
