Air crash death toll rises to 37

Charlotte, North Carolina - The crash of a USAir DC-9 jet near Charlotte-Douglas International Airport on Saturday night killed 37 passengers, the airline said yesterday. Twenty people survived the disaster. Both the voice recorder from the cockpit and the flight data recorder from the tail section had been recovered. Reuter
