Disgraced Spitzer gets TV news job

The former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, who resigned two years ago after he admitted using a prostitute, is to co-host a show on CNN.

Mr Spitzer, who rose to prominence as New York's attorney general where he earned the nickname the "Sheriff of Wall Street" for his relentless efforts prosecuting financial malfeasance, will appear with the Pulitzer Prize winning columnist Kathleen Parker.
