Man, 80, strangled wife over 'affair'
An elderly man has admitted strangling his wife in their suburban Philadelphia apartment after he accused her of infidelity and she laughed at him.
Rudi Koos, 80, pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, after admitting he killed his 75-year-old wife, Waltrud, in January. Defence attorney Frank Genovese said his client was remorseful and just snapped when he thought his wife of 59 years was cheating on him.
