Angola setback
ADDIS ABABA (Reuter) - Attempts to reach a ceasefire in the Angolan civil war broke down when Unita rebels said they would not attend peace talks in Addis Ababa. Unita delegates said they could not attend because they were trapped in the town of Huambo by a government offensive.
