Argentina, which became a safe haven for Nazis after the Second World War, will set up a special agency to track down war criminals, Reuter reports from Buenos Aires. The proposal, from local Jewish organisations, was prompted by the recent unmasking of Erich Priebke, a former SS officer who took part in the Ardeatine Caves massacre during the war in Italy.
