Peking - A Chinese bank has ordered its staff to correct the legendary bad manners of service personnel with a ban on swear words and rudeness. Among the forbidden phrases at branches of the Industrial and Commercial Bank in Jinan are: "I don't know"; "That's not my business"; "If you have any complaints, go and see the boss"; "Just wait, can't you see I'm busy?"; and "When will you stop complaining?"
