Bosnian stalemate
GENEVA - The Bosnia peace talks ran into a stalemate yesterday, writes Michael Sheridan. Diplomats said they had failed to win any concessions from Serbian and Croatian leaders to match the basic demands of the Muslim government. At the same time the Muslims were said to be hardening their position.
