Cheesy feat
A new Hungarian method of making cheese yields between 8 and 20 per cent more cheese from the same amount of milk than the traditional way, its inventor Bela Viszlai said.
The new technology, currently used in the northern Hungarian Satoraljaujhely milk-product factory, is to make a foreign debut in Austria next month.
