President Bill Clinton said he was eager to talk to Henry Leon Ritzenthaler of California, who claims to be his half-brother, AP reports from Washington. Mr Ritzenthaler, 55, a retired caretaking service owner, says he and Mr Clinton have the same father: W J Blythe, who died a few months before the future president was born.
