Colombian police die in blast

Five policemen were killed and six other people wounded in a bomb attack in Colombia's drug capital, AFP reports from Medellin. The authorities believe the device was planted by the National Guerrilla Co-ordinator, which has threatened attacks before the presidential elections on Sunday.
