Controllers strike
MOSCOW (AFP) - International flights were barely affected by a Russian air traffic controllers' strike that began yesterday, according to airline companies. The strike is the first by the controllers, who are demanding pay rises, better working conditions and the creation of an air traffic control department independent of the Transport Ministry.
