Defector's tale
Hundreds of people died in a North Korean nuclear accident while trying to hide a reactor from international inspectors, according to a defector who reached the South, AP reports from Seoul.
Im Young Sun made a range of claims indicating widespread hardship and growing dissent in the North. He also said underground nuclear tests were being conducted near Pyongyang.
