NAIROBI (Reuter) - Four Western ambassadors walked out of Kenya's main independence celebrations yesterday, accusing President Daniel arap Moi of turning the event into a political rally for his embattled Kenya African National Union. The action by the ambassadors of the United States, Germany, Sweden and Denmark visibly angered Mr Moi and heightened political tensions in Kenya only weeks before it holds the first multi-party elections since the country became a one-party state in 1982.
