Baltic talks
MOSCOW (Reuter) - The foreign ministers of Latvia and Estonia said that Russia had shown a new willingness to work out a timetable for withdrawing former Soviet troops from the Baltic states. But they added, after talks in Moscow, also including Lithuania, that there were still wide differences on setting a date for a pullout.
