An Indian medical student riding his bicycle on a world mission for peace was stopped by German police for cycling too slowly on a motorway, Reuter reports from Berlin.

Police in Potsdam spotted Vikas Singh, who was on a 42,000km (26,100 miles) cycle-ride around the world. 'He wasn't going fast enough,' a spokesman said.
