Fraud charge
GRASSE (Reuter) - Jean-Claude Gaudin, president of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region of France, was charged with fraud in the latest of a spate of corruption scandals. He is accused of creating a job for an employee who did no work who abused his position and contacts to peddle influence.
