BELGRADE - Radovan Karadzic, leader of Bosnia's Serbs, said yesterday he would fight on to an outright military victory if the fighting, which he blamed on Muslim Bosnians, continued, AFP reports. 'Then no territorial concessions will be possible.' If no progress was made on the London agreements, Bosnian Serbs would opt for 'total independence', he said.
