Muslim militants held
Egyptian police rounded up about 190 Muslim militants in Cairo yesterday in connection with an attempt to kill the Prime Minister, Atef Sedki, with a car bomb, Reuter reports from Cairo. Police were sifting forensic evidence to find clues to Thursday's attack, which killed a schoolgirl and injured 20 other people. Mr Sedki and his motorcade survived unscathed, but four of the injured are in critical condition.
